Monkeycap facilitates customers to buy insurance policies after comparing insurance polices and plans offered by various insurance companies.
By visiting monkeycap and accessing the information provided, using the tools and other resources, either by self or facilitated by a monkeycap’s authorized PoSP (agent), you hereby agree to the terms and conditions along with the privacy policy stated below.
The insurance coverage, benefits and premiums displayed are as provided by the participating insurance companies. Arka does not warrant or guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the information so displayed in the website.
Any decision to purchase an insurance policy through monkeycap will be based solely on the independent decision of the user. The user is responsible for the final choice of purchase of insurance policies and has to take time to read through all information and utilize the information, tools and resources provided in the website before deciding to purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arka has no liability related to or arising out of the information provided in the website.
By furnishing your personal details and information in monkeycap, you hereby agree to allow Arka to store such data provided, contact you electronically or through telephone, share your data and represent on your behalf to the insurance companies and such other partners in all matters related to your respective insurance policies.
The Services provided by monkeycap is available only for users of age above 18 years. Users below 18 years of age must not use the website. Arka reserves the right to restrict any user/s of access to monkeycap, suspend or remove any of the user/s’ account for any reason deemed fit at its sole discretion. Users are prohibited from selling, trading or transferring their accounts to any other user/s.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India as the website is intended to render designated insurance services in India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Tamil Nadu, India and federal courts located in Chennai for the resolution of any disputes.
